our process

Our role is to promote environmental and climate actions and policies aimed at justice, security and resilience for the most vulnerable regions and communities.

Our Process

To achieve our mission, we take the following approach:

Identify, precisely, subnational locations that are most vulnerable;

Seek out Community Champions with the potential to impact policy and structural change

Provide an organizational safety net for them to continue advocating for stronger policy and structural change

We believe that this approach will fill the critical and current gaps for forecasting environmental factors, as well as allowing the assessment of effective interventions, helping governments and other institutions to further target existing resources and leverage additional funds for this important work.

Our Initiatives & Impact

Follow the links below to find out more information about our present and past work. Each initiative builds toward broader goals: We advocate for change on the basis on what we have learned, and anticipate that global climate change frameworks will adopt our recommendations in order to create systemic change.

In addition to our specific projects below, we support local organizations in reaching out to climate and conflict impacted communities across the regions of our work.
We also provide livelihood support to vulnerable communities.
